Woods Collective is a liberation-centered healing practice offering immersive, body-based, and ancestrally-grounded work for people who are done being contained — by systems, by families, by the limits of conventional therapy. The work is relational, somatic, and deeply personal. It happens in nature, in the body, and across generations. Our offerings are lovingly designed for the global majority.

THRESHOLD THERAPY

Structured, time-limited therapy for individuals and couples moving through a specific crossing — relational wound, life transition, spiritual deconstruction, or newly understood aspect of self. Individual $150–225 · Couples $225–300 Insurance accepted. Sliding scale maintained for Black and Indigenous clients.

A three-session ceremonial healing container for grief, trauma, chronic pain, and the body's unfinished business. This is a sacred tending to nervous systems under siege. $600–900 sliding scale. Sliding scale maintained for Black and Indigenous clients.
